Edward V. Hazners, Principal Broker and Owner of Western Reserve Real Estate, has intimate knowledge of the Greater Cleveland real estate market. In the business since 1990, he has developed special relationships with property owners, major tenants, land owners and government agencies that give our clients the resources needed for locating in the Greater Cleveland Area. In addition, Western Reserve Real Estate has regional and national contacts to broaden the acquisition and disposition capabilities of properties, while serving local investors and clients for their business needs.
Edward received his real estate license in 1990 whereby he became a full-time agent with a nationally franchised firm. By 1994, he gained the knowledge and experience necessary to obtain his broker's license. Personally driving to Columbus to register the company on March 17, Western Reserve Real Estate was born. Now eighteen years later, Edward has made real estate his career. He has also worked to furthering advancement in the real estate industry by serving as Director on local and national boards; the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors respectively.
Edward has made homeowners and business owners in Northeast Ohio not only his clients, but friends. "It's through my approach to provide all information to my clients, I have gained their trust. The greatest compliment is their repeat business as the years have gone by," says Edward. |
